2. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Your appointment is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
Prices are clearly listed at the time of booking and may be subject to change without notice.

Juniper Fox Therapies provides services to clients worldwide, except for those located in the USA or Canada.
Due to insurance and licensing restrictions, we are unable to accept bookings from the USA or Canada.
Any appointments made from these locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
2.2 Hypnotherapy Clients:
Before booking any hypnotherapy services, it is strongly advised that you schedule a free clarity call with Juniper Fox Therapies. This call allows us to explore your needs, answer your questions, and ensure that hypnotherapy is a suitable and appropriate approach for you.
By booking hypnotherapy without a prior clarity call, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service and accept full responsibility for your participation.

*****3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.
***For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. You can also reschedule your session at no additional cost.
No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled.
***To cancel or reschedule, please go back into the original booking and you will be able to select an alternative appointment. Alternatively, contact Juniper Fox if this is not possible.
