Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes.
All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking, unless we have specifically arranged an alternative.
This helps secure your appointment and allows the space to be held just for you.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be refunded or rescheduled without charge.
No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds.
This policy supports fairness for both of us and ensures I can offer availability to others who need support.
How do I book a session?
You can book online through the booking system.

What happens if I see you outside of a session?
If we happen to cross paths in public, I will always honour your privacy and keep our professional relationship discreet.
You're welcome to acknowledge me if you feel comfortable, but there’s no pressure.
Please note: I do not discuss personal or therapeutic matters outside of a scheduled session.
What kind of behaviour is expected?
I hold a calm, safe, and respectful space for every client.
In return, I ask that all communication and behaviour remain courteous, appropriate, and respectful of boundaries.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services without refund.

Reiki Degree 1&2 Practitioner

Certified Tarot Practitioner
Enhanced DBS certificate
20+ years’ experience in healthcare, including trauma.
A commitment to my own professional practice through ongoing training and development.

Can I combine services in one session?
Yes, please see my Packages section for more details.
If there is something not listed that you would like to combine feel free to ask - I’ll always guide you toward what will serve your healing best.
Do you offer emergency or crisis support?
No - Juniper Fox Therapies is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate emotional or physical distress, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes! Juniper Fox Therapies welcomes clients worldwide.

Except we are currently unable to offer sessions to clients in the USA or Canada due to insurance and licensing restrictions.

Bookings from the USA or Canada will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
