I work with people who feel stuck in anxiety, overthinking or the effects of past experiences.
I've been there myself, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mind won't switch off.
My role is to help you gently change those patterns, so you can feel calmer, clearer and back in control.
I combine hypnotherapy, practical techniques, and intuitive awareness to support real lasting change.

Where my journey began...
Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a calm, grounded and compassionate approach to my work.
Like many of my clients, my own journey began with trauma and years of looking outside myself for answers - sometimes finding temporary relief, but often at a painful cost.
When that path no longer worked, I turned inward - and that's where the real change began.
During a period of personal change I travelled to India - where I trained in Reiki, and began to deepen my understanding of how the mind and body respond to stress, emotion and healing.
I've always had a strong sense of awareness and intuition - something I've learned to understand and use in a grounded and practical way to support others.
This led me into several years of further training and personal development, combining intuitive insight with structured approaches to help people create balance and lasting change.

Hypnotherapy helped me work through childhood trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and rebuild my confidence. That experience showed me just how powerful this work can be.
I went on to train, develop my approach, and support others going through similar challenges, whether that's anxiety, overthinking, past trauma, or stuck in unwanted patterns.

Learning how my mind works - rather than fighting against it - has been a big part of that process.
