I specialise in helping people with anxiety and the effects of past trauma - so you can feel calmer, clearer and more in control.
My approach is calm, grounded, and practical - focused on helping you create real, lasting change. - not just manage symptoms.
My background is in nursing, with over 20 years experience, mainly working with trauma.
I now bring that understanding into my work as a hypnotherapist, helping you get to the root of what's driving how you feel.
Using a blend of hypnotherapy, NLP and eye movement therapy, we work together to understand and shift the patterns behind anxiety, overwhelm and emotional triggers.
You'll be supported in a place that is calm, welcoming and free from judgement - where you can take things at your own pace.

We start with a simple 15 minute call to understand what you're experiencing and whether this feels like the right fit for you.
From there sessions are tailored to you - focussed on helping you calm your mind, shift patterns, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and realistic.
Sessions are available in person and online, depending what suits you.
